​​We cordially invite you to support the Cypress Hills Adventure Running Society in putting on the 4th Hidden Oasis Ultramarathon to be held June 13-14, 2025. This event will once again be taking place in the beautiful Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park. Our mission statement is to promote and support our local community, the Cypress Hills, as well as encourage active living and community spirit.

Your sponsorship helps defray the cost of organizing the event and invites you to become involved in the event itself. We will be hosting up to 100 solo runners and 50 teams plus supporters and numerous volunteers giving us the opportunity to showcase and promote our community to upwards of 300 – 400 people over the duration of the weekend.

There are several options for sponsorship. The most common being direct funding, sponsorship, and donations. This may include things such as sponsoring a transition or aid station.  These locations provide respite for the runners. Liquids, food, timing, and encouragement form the basics.  You can promote your business at the same time, wear company swag, provide music…be creative. If this interests you, we will provide details.

Sponsoring and donations of all kinds are welcome. This may include things such as door prizes, race day food and refreshments, goods and services, as well as volunteer and racer “swag bag” items.

All support is welcome and will be formally acknowledged through social media and race day shout outs. Additional recognition will be completed as outlined in our tiered sponsorship package. Products and or services provided for the event at no cost or at a discounted cost for the purposes of event operation will be valued at retail cost to determine the level of sponsorship.  

 

 BRONZE SPONSOR $100 - $499

As a Bronze Sponsor, you will receive the following:

• Recognition as a sponsor of the event on social media and event website

• Opportunity to have your company banner/signage at event

 

SILVER SPONSOR $500 - $1999

As a Silver Sponsor, you will receive the Bronze Sponsor Package with the following upgrades:

• Recognition on Start/Finish line event posters

• Recognition on participant T-Shirts

 

GOLD SPONSOR $2,000 +

As a Gold Sponsor, you will receive the Silver Sponsor Package with the following upgrades:

• Recognition on all promotions, commercials, advertisements, media coverage and advertising

 

*Sponsors will be permitted to promote themselves in accordance with above, as a Sponsor of Cypress Hills Running Society and the Hidden Oasis Ultra, in all forms of sponsors’ own advertising and communications until 31/12/25.*
